Weekly update: 12th - 18th March

Really good weekend, especially pleased with the half marathon run at a steady pace, been a long time since I've run that far and it felt good, I could have carried on.  Then a very cold cycle on Sunday with legs feeling surprisingly good and this was great preperation for Emily's 5th Birthday party and lots of cake eating :) 
I've got some more geeky video footage from the running that I'll upload later.
Also done a bit more reading up on 'brick' training, something to probably continue to increase on after my cycles home.
Notes: Plus a fair bit of walking on the what's below, I'm now building a lead on the Visa fitbug challenge :)
Update: My fitbug died!! I don't think it was over use but after re-inserting the battery luckily all the data was there I just can't upload it at the moment.
