5/6th May

Saturday and Sunday was all about the International 14 Sailing... so so cold, northerly, fairly breezy both days and dropping off while sailing.  Sunday was a better day, gybes were better and also really concentrating on simply keeping the boat flat through the tacks which resulted in a few peachy manouvers.  Really good work out and nice to push the upper body given all the focus on running and cycling recently, just a shame the cold really stopped us training for longer.  Sunday used different kite blocks which did seem to help reduce the load, plus added a couple of small blocks to bring the trapeze lines off the shrouds.  Glen was also out training although it was more boat handling than boat on boat.
