Bank Holiday Monday: Went for a 10k run to the gym which is a pretty hilly route and took 42mins which felt a good pace and not too demanding. Then went swimming with the kids.  In the afternoon I was feeling pretty good so went for another 10k run in 45mins which felt good and nice to practice running on legs that have tightened up slightly from the morning, might  split up my runs more often, also a lot less boring!
