Sailing and Cycling... Spent most of the day at Eastborne helming an RS800 for Jody in the open meeting.  It was relatively light airs and it's been a while since I've helmed but we sailed really well, always up there at the first windward but lacked a bit of pace down wind, my gybes were terrible to start of with and I don't think the older kite helped in those light airs it didn't look great on the hoists and gybes.  But we did manage a 3rd in the last race so really pleased with how it went.  It was also great finally sailing in some hotter weather and sunshine!!
I then managed to blag a lift off Harvey back to Bosham before cycling the 25miles home, still a little pumped from the sailing I was averaging around 21mph and felt great, could have pushed harder.
Weighed in at 76kg for the RS800 open including clothes, phone, wallet etc...
