Finaly day of cycling for this training endurance block, another ride upto Winchester in glorious weather, lots of train issues and delays on the way home making it pretty late so went back to SAP, but then went for a quick run off the back of the ride, felt fairly strong considering the amount o

Legs feeling the burn today, and there was a head wind all the way to Winchester, so a hard pushed 20 miles in the morning but great training given it was the 5th day on the bike so just pleased to have made the effort and consolidated some endurance training.  The weather turned out for the cycl

The start of the london revolution, the organisation was pretty slick and with in minutes we were registered bags dropped off and waiting to start, 101 miles of great cycling and a relatively flat easy ride around the north of london (route's on the official website).  Took it pretty easy all day

18th May

The start of the 'London Revolution' weekend, very exciting and weather looks good, drove upto Epsom around lunch time and then cycled 26 (interesting) miles taking in river walk ways, dark tunnels, strange bridges and a ferry trip all carrying a fully loaded massive rucksack.  A speedy check-in

7th May

Bank Holiday Monday: Went for a 10k run to the gym which is a pretty hilly route and took 42mins which felt a good pace and not too demanding.
